Returns & Refunds

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS – SOLVIO HOLDING Ltd.

You can return any unused item purchased from our online store vetverta.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to products made according to the customer’s individual specifications.

 

STEP 1

Fill in the return form included with your order.
You can also download the form from our Terms and Conditions section.
Alternatively, you may send your own written statement of withdrawal by email to: vetverta.office@gmail.com

 

STEP 2

If you would like the refund to be sent to your bank account, please include your account number in the return form.

For online payments (e.g. card, instant transfer, BLIK), the refund will be made to the same account or card used to pay for the order.
Refunds are not issued in cash at the collection point or to the courier.

The Seller will refund the payment using the same method originally used by the Buyer, unless the Buyer agrees to another method.
In any case, the Buyer will not incur any fees related to the refund.

 

STEP 3

Pack the returned item together with the completed return form and proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or payment confirmation).

Send the parcel at your own expense to the following address:

(please mark the parcel: “RETURN”)

 

STEP 4

Wait for an email confirming that your return has been received.
Your refund will be processed promptly after the parcel arrives at our warehouse and the products are verified — no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal.
